		<description>Well, there really isn&#039;t any such thing as a scab in this particular situation, since there is no cab driver union.  There are several different cab driver organizations in DC and I don&#039;t think they were all behind the strike and none of them represent all of the drivers.  
 
The strike is entirely voluntary and undertaken on a case by case basis.  Anybody working today simply decided they didn&#039;t agree with the points being made by those who supported a strike.  The difference between these people and scabs during an actual union strike is subtle, I guess.</description>
