    It’s official: The WSJ editorial page is so stingy/greedy that they begrudge the change they leave for the kid at the sandwich shop. In fact, their editorial page would be almost hilarious if it didn’t embarrass the news side of the operation.

    Because CITE isn’t an HTML code that anybody uses in the real world. The guide is as follows: everything works in the same way that you would expect it to work, except for CITE which nobody should use.
